Soutthern and Western Realty is a Florida LLC founded in February, 2020 by Hugh L Davies  to take advantages of the growth in real estate opportunities across the Sunbelt. Southern and Western Realty specifically invests in multi family assets including  both new construction and value add opportunities.  Here at Southern and Western Realty we believe that the Sunbelt will be the most innovative and rewarding real estate market in the coming decade.

Southern and Western partners with experienced private equity sponsors and real estate developers and provides capital for carefully researched opportunities. Southern and Western also has an emerging interest in the hospitality sector, particularly in the extended stay market. We are anxious to receive information from experienced sponsors seeking capital.
